Our Story
At M.I.W.A (Mix It With the Arts), we’re passionate about building a future where creativity and technology come together to spark real innovation and solve real-world problems. Our journey started with a simple but bold idea: what if we could make STEM education more dynamic by adding the Arts?
In 2024, that vision became real when our founders, Uttam Sharma and Shubhangi Gupta, published their book, "Mix It With the Arts." Through their research and personal experiences, they saw that countries like India — where R&D investment and innovation have often stayed stagnant — could leap forward by embracing a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach. They believe that mixing technical skills with creativity doesn’t just drive economic growth and create jobs — it also helps build more resilient, empathetic, and forward-thinking societies. Uttam and Shubhangi both bring a rare mix of technical know-how and business expertise. They are proud graduates of Harcourt Butler Technical University and are now completing their business education at University College Dublin – Smurfit School of Business, bringing global perspectives to M.I.W.A’s vision.
